Chris was great. My daughter had a leaking stop tap, he came out within the hour and assessed the situation, waited until Anglian Water confirmed they would come that day. He also advised on a replacement bathroom tap and fitted it the next day. Excellent service, highly recommend and very reasonable.

This is my second five star review for Chris' services. He attended a plumbing emergency at my house yesterday (Sunday) promptly and resolved the problem extremely quickly, explaining what the issue was and how it needed fixing. An excellent, value-for-money service from the friendliest plumber in town! Thanks, Chris. Chris very efficiently installed a new boiler at my house. He guided me through the process of selecting an appropriate boiler that was efficient for my needs and the best place to install it in the house. His work was of extremely high quality, also good value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

My heating system failed on a very cold day. I called Power Plumbing & Heating, and within 2 hours Chris had replaced the heating pump and fixed the problem . If you want a heating engineer who is friendly, efficient, clean and tidy, who charges a very reasonable rate Chris is your man. I would highly recommend him.

Chris from power plumbing responded to an emergency call out on a Sunday and was here promptly. He found the problem within 15 minutes of being here and rebooked for the next day to replace the broken part. He was thorough, friendly, professional and got our hot water back on as quickly as possible. Thanks Chris, we will definitely be using you in the future. 100% recommend.

Found Chris through British Gas's local hero's. We conducted a WhatsApp call to establish what system we had. We then accepted the quote. Chris had a prior job cancelled so he called ahead to check if he could fix our issue instead. We agreed that would be fine. Chris was punctual, professional and very friendly. Due to Covid myself and the rest of the family stayed downstairs as Chris set to work upstairs. On completion of the job Chris took time out to get to know us a bit better and told us he'd left his card in case of any other issues. On recieving the bill it was less than first quoted due to the job not being as much of an undertaking as first thought. We'll definitely be using Power Plumbing and Heating again.

Before I chose him to do the service, we had a telephone conversation about the different types of gas boiler services – something I was unaware of. He explained everything fully in a down to earth, understandable yet professional manner which impressed me. So many tradesmen do not take this into consideration when explaining the technical side of their trade. He even suggested I could get this information validated by Valient Customer Care.He also repaired my outside tap which was troublesome. Will definitely use Chris again and would recommend.”
